Cancellation
Notice of any cancellation must be sent in writing to events@preferredhotels.com. In the event of a cancellation, the following fee schedule will apply:
Road Shows, Client Events, and Meetings
- 25% for cancellation 121 or more days prior to event start date
- 50% for cancellation 61-120 days prior to event start date
- 100% for cancellation 60 or less days prior to event start date
Virtual Road Shows, Client Events, and Meetings
- 15% for cancellation 61 days or more prior to event start date
- 25% for cancellation 31-60 days prior to event start date
- 50% for cancellation 30 or less days prior to event start date
Tradeshows
- 25% for cancellation 121 or more days prior to event start date
- 50% for cancellation 91-120 days prior to event start date
- 100% for cancellation 90 or less days prior to event start date
*Please note for shows with 'Tentative Date' in the location field, detailed information will be distributed to registered hotels as separate communications once dates and details have been confirmed.
