WHERE NEXT began in 2019 with soft integration of messaging and assets at a global level.
WHERE NEXT 2.0 will kick off again in February 2021 and take us in to full year as Preferred Hotels & Resorts global merchandising campaign.
To provide I Prefer members, new customers, travel trade and media a reason to Believe in Travel and WHERE they see themselves going next.
Preferred Hotels & Resorts will relaunch the WHERE NEXT campaign messaging and routes to market with an offer featuring custom experiences created by each resort property.
Offer timing will launch in February 2021 and take us in to the full year. Messaging and experiences will be in market for market to continue our brands approach to a local focus.

Let’s Get Local
We recognized the importance of domestic travel in 2020 which led to “The Open Road Series”. In early June 2020, the first of our campaigns lead with a “Loving Local” message, meticulously designed to drive highly localized demand as travelers prepare to “hit the open road” again.
The “Loving Local” campaign promoted Member Hotels to their local I Prefer communities, encouraging loyalty members to show their love and support to our hotels within the I Prefer Member’s city, state, or region. In the first wave of this campaign program, our intent was to harness the empathy and pride of local communities who have told us they want to “give back.”
Together, we will continue to inspire travelers to hit the open road where we’ll be ready to receive them through our collective doors with a loving “welcome back.”
