Ask the PH&R Sales Directors for information that can help in highlighting your property.
Know the clients’ dietary restrictions, beverage preferences, activities interest, and arrival/departure times. Your PH&R Sales Director will share this info with you if we know it. Otherwise, we will work hard to get the relevant info for you prior to the site
Discuss the components of the site inspection you will be hosting and advise the PH&R Sales Director on the cost of items that you will not be hosting. This will allow us to communicate all with the client and set expectations prior to client arrival
