Prior to a Site Inspection

  • Communicate with PH&R Sales Directors to decide the importance of his/her presence for a site inspection.


  • Collaborate on a unique presentation, activity, and/or entertainment option for the clients.


  • Ask the PH&R Sales Directors for information that can help in highlighting your property.


  • Know the clients’ dietary restrictions, beverage preferences, activities interest, and arrival/departure times.   Your PH&R Sales Director will share this info with you if we know it.  Otherwise, we will work hard to get the relevant info for you prior to the site


  • Discuss the components of the site inspection you will be hosting and advise the PH&R Sales Director on the cost of items that you will not be hosting.  This will allow us to communicate all with the client and set expectations prior to client arrival
