30-60 Day Rule

It is important to note that in-office Sales Calls are more difficult to confirm following Covid.   Many of our clients  have embraced remote work and no longer have offices or are in their offices less often.   Based on this new trend, we have found more success with  small micro events (breakfast, lunch, happy hours) with a few hotel partners.    If you are still interested in scheduling Sales Calls, we suggest that you use the following guidelines:

  • Allow 60 days when booking sales calls with Incentive Houses as most of these clients will not take calls less than 60 days in


  • Allow 30 days in other territories: most customers other than incentive houses can be confirmed 30 days in advance


  • Be sure to contact the appropriate PH&R Sales Director before committing to a date window to ensure the most effective use of your time.
