Pre-Event

  • Register for the most appropriate events in your targeted market and feeder market.


  • Collaborate with the PH&R Sales Director and the events team to select the appropriate events.


  • Send the PH&R Sales Director any potential clients that you would like to meet so that we can include them on the invite list


  • Follow the guidelines of the hotelier brief which you will receive 30 days prior to an event.


  • Please note that the PH&R Sales Director will not do sales calls nor office visits prior to an event in the same city in order to avoid compromising the attendance of the event.


  • Once you have received the pre-event client list, research the clients and have a discussion with the PH&R Sales Director for strategic planning.
