Collaborate with the PH&R Sales Director and the events team to select the appropriate events.
Send the PH&R Sales Director any potential clients that you would like to meet so that we can include them on the invite list
Follow the guidelines of the hotelier brief which you will receive 30 days prior to an event.
Please note that the PH&R Sales Director will not do sales calls nor office visits prior to an event in the same city in order to avoid compromising the attendance of the event.
Once you have received the pre-event client list, research the clients and have a discussion with the PH&R Sales Director for strategic planning.
