Post-Event

  • Review the client list with your PH&R counterpart and ask for assistance in closing any leads you have received from the event.


  • Be memorable in your follow up. Touch on a memory created at the event or interaction with that client that will make them smile.
  • Post event client surveys are sent and data will be sent to your participant(s)
    • Please contact events for survey questions (events@preferredhotels.com)
    • PHR Sales Directors are also following up on survey data, so please enlist their assistance should you have questions about the data.
