We are passionate about helping you create events that inspire! Whether your participants will travel to the destination by land, sea, or air, Morris Meetings & Incentives will get them there in a manner that matches your needs. Our extensive vendor relationships enable us to provide you with great rates and multiple solutions.

We will design your company a motivational incentive program that matches your goals and budget. Seamless event flow will start with the initial program creation and go until the final billing and post conference. We offer cutting-edge solutions, such as; online capabilities that feature economic program promotion, convenient 24/7 registration capability, real-time reports, and multi-language registration options.


Meetings range from smaller incentives to large multi-thousand room international incentive programs and also small-large meetings. Their business runs the gamut but is primarily composed of MLM (direct sales) incentives and meetings.


Preferred is fortunate to have generated over $5 million in incremental contracted business with Morris Meetings and Incentives in the past three years.


BENEFITS & TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT


Preferred Hotels & Resorts member hotels will benefit from the agreement in the following ways:

  • All MMI team members are aware of our partnership, including the commitments and benefits to the parties

  • Increased visibility for member hotels on their website where Preferred Hotels & Resorts will be clearly distinguished as a preferred partner.

  • Opportunity to engage with the MMI team. This Account relationship is managed by Christie Pienaar, VP of Group Sales, based in Southern California.  In light of our preferred supplier status, their teams are motivated to drive business to our member hotels whenever possible.  To increase your engagement, contact Christie to determine the best opportunity. 

  • Leads will come via email and formal proposal requests from Christie Pienaar

  • Preferred Hotels & Resorts will be listed as the NSO from the initial inquiry as a result of the preferred agreement.  By being copied on the lead as an NSO, this is a direct request to include our team in the response and with ongoing communication.  Please partner with the Preferred GSO to help you win the business for your hotel over the competition.

  • The MMI team prefers to work through their GSO contacts and relies upon them to help qualify important decision criteria for their clients and evaluate prospective venues. They request information to be streamlined and centralized with the GSO.  Please be sure to keep Christie in copy on any communications regarding active RFPs with MMI.

  • Preferred Hotels & Resorts Member Hotels will be required to pay commission to MMI at the rate of 10% upon the total gross accommodations revenue only excluding VAT at the prevailing rate.
