In order to effectively use the Central Reservations System ("CRS"), a minimum of knowledge on this system is required.  PHG currently uses the SynXis CR by Aven.  SynXis has an on-line learning platform - the Aven Hospitality University, or AHA.  If you do not have access to the AHA please complete and submit this form.

 - To access the AHA, login to SynXis and click the tab 'Aven Hospitality Academy' on the bottom hand corner of your home screen. 

 - Locate the PHG Hotelier Certification in the Assigned Training area and enroll in it.

 - Download your Learning Transcript from Aven Hospitality University following these steps and send them to UID@Preferredhotels.com within 30 days of the hotel going live.
