In order to effectively use the Central Reservations System ("CRS"), a minimum of knowledge on this system is required. PHG currently uses the SynXis CR by Sabre. SynXis has an on-line learning platform - the Sabre Hospitality University, or SHU. If you do not have access to the SHU please complete and submit this form.
- To access the SHU, login to SynXis and click the tab 'SHU' on the top-right hand corner of your home screen.
- Locate the PHG Hotelier Certification in the Assigned Training area and enroll in it.
- Download your Learning Transcript from Sabre Hospitality University following these steps and send them to UID@Preferredhotels.com within 30 days of the hotel going live.

Fundamentals of SynXis (LIVE CLASS) - Throughout the year and in various locations we offer 2-3 day basic SynXis training in person. Click here for a list of classes and fees. Note: attending this course fulfills training requirements if attended within 30 days of CRS activation date.
On Property Support - Dedicated, on-property SynXis CR/revenue management training designed specifically for your hotel is available at a cost of US$1,200 per day plus cost of travel for the trainer.
