Will Bonus Points be applied automatically for all bookings?
NO, Members must register for this promotion on Iprefer.com or preferredhotels.com AND make a qualified booking at a participating property within the booking window (Nov 25 - Dec 1) using rate code MKTCYB25. Then bonus points will be awarded automatically.
What if a guest books but doesn’t register?
They can book the MKTCYB25 rate without registering, in that case they will not receive the bonus points, but the 35% off offer will still apply.
If my hotel does not utilize a connected booking engine, can we still participate?
YES, but you should encourage Members to book their stay with you via iprefer.com.
If the promotional period is Nov 25 - Dec 3, why are rates being loaded Nov 24 - Dec 4.
Due to rate loading process, all rates a loaded to launch at 4pm local time for each hotel on Nov 24. Meaning the offer will go live sequentially on Nov 25 for hotels across the globe. By Nov 25, all hotels should have the rate live and at that point I Prefer and Preferred Hotels and Resorts will begin promotion.
In all necessary and relevant locations, we highly encourage you to include the campaign T&C's, to allow your guests & Members visibility into the full offer details.
Cyber Rate Terms:
The Cyber Offer includes 35% off stays of minimum 2 nights for bookings made between November 25 - December 4, 2025, and stays completed between November 25, 2025 - June 30, 2026, at participating hotels only using rate code MKTCYB25. Bookings made through Eligible Booking Channels as outlined in the I Prefer Hotel Rewards Program Terms & Conditions. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions. I Prefer 2025 Cyber Bonus Points Offer Terms:
Members must register/opt-in for the I Prefer 2025 Cyber Bonus Points Offer and make a booking using the Cyber Offer 2025 rate, MKTCYB25, to qualify for 35,000 bonus points. Registered members must 1) have their membership attached to the reservation 2) book the MKTCYB25 rate and 3) complete the stay to receive bonus points. The Cyber Offer 2025 rate, MKTCYB25, may be booked for select participating hotels from November 25, 2025, to December 4, 2025. Members may earn one (1) time for this Cyber Bonus promotion. Members who do not register within the registration window of Nov 25 – Dec 4, in combination with at least (1) booking using the MKTCYB25 rate, will not earn bonus points for this promotion on a completed stay but will earn I Prefer Points per the standard program terms and conditions. Bonus points will be awarded within two weeks following a qualified stay. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions or bonus point offers, and bonus points do not count toward tier upgrade qualification.
