I Prefer Welcome Kit

The I Prefer Welcome Kit contains all the essentials to get your property started on your I Prefer journey. Your property should automatically receive one of these kits prior to your I Prefer training and onboarding. If you believe your property has not yet received your Welcome Kit, or if you would simply like to order another one, please contact your Engagement Specialist, Regional Director, or fill out this request form.

 

The I Prefer Welcome Kit includes:

  • (1) I Prefer desk sign - acrylic material

  • (3) I Prefer mousepads

  • (2) I Prefer Associate Reference Guides - these provide your associates with the I Prefer member tiers and benefits information, as well as a guide for successful member experiences while on-property

  • (1) I Prefer Enrollment Tracker Poster - to be utilized by your front office team, for tracking I Prefer enrollments and sparking some friendly competition amongst your associates

  • (2) I Prefer Dry Erase Pens - to be used with the Enrollment Tracker Poster

 

*As a reminder, your property will be evaluated on the display of the I Prefer desk sign during your standard IQA inspections. For more information on brand standards, please visit the IQA section of PreferredNet.

 

**PLEASE NOTE: If your property is part of Beyond Green, you will receive only the I Prefer and Beyond Green co-branded desk sign, made of birch wood. All other I Prefer collateral items must be requested either through your PHR contacts or the I Prefer Team at loyalty@iprefer.com. Tap-to-Enroll Devices

Streamline I Prefer enrollments using NFC technology.

Our Tap-to-Enroll device is an innovation that uses Near Field Communication (NFC) to enable guests to enroll in I Prefer by simply tapping their NFC-enabled device, (such as a smartphone) on the device.  

This interaction initiates a custom hotel-tracked enrollment form, which allows the guest to quickly and easily enroll in the I Prefer Hotel Rewards Program. 

 

How It Works:

  1. During check-in, invite the guest to unlock their phone and hold it near to the device (pictured above) to launch the enrollment form.

  2. The guest completes the enrollment form in seconds and may even auto-fill their information from their phone.

  3. Encourage the guest to check their email to verify and access their account.

Tap to Enroll Counter Cards 

It is recommended that hotels utilize our special counter card to help highlight the benefits of enrolling in I Prefer, including members receiving 1,000 bonus points!  Please print the card locally and display it in a nice frame by your I Prefer desk sign and I Prefer Tap to Enroll device.
