Danny Breatchel
Vice President of Global Group Sales 
Preferred Hotels & Resorts

Danny Breatchel is Vice President of Global Group Sales for Preferred Hotels & Resorts. In this position, he manages key accounts across the corporate, incentive, and third-party meeting planner sectors, developing strategic relationships and assisting with the facilitation of creative opportunities to help drive strong group sales revenue for member hotels across Preferred Hotels & Resorts’ global portfolio. As testament to the success of his most recent efforts, the partnership results that Mr. Breatchel was able to produce on behalf of the company resulted in more than $17 million in contracted meetings and events revenue. 

Mr. Breatchel has extensive experience in international luxury hospitality sales and marketing. Prior to joining Preferred, he served as Vice President of Sales for Landmark Hotels Group in Honolulu, Hawaii, helping the company’s hotels achieve significant increases in occupancy and RevPar. He spent the first 25 years of his career overseeing sales and marketing efforts for several key hotel companies in Hawaii, including the Four Seasons, Hilton, Stouffer, and Sheraton brands.

Nathan Brooks 
Senior Director and Global Lead, Supplier Management
CWT Meetings and Events 

Nathan Brooks has over 15 years’ experience in the industry, previously leading teams within consulting and media, airline, and hotel relations with a major online travel company. Nathan also had roles with global hotel and airline companies within revenue management, marketing, and sales.  

Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Nathan is now the Global Lead of Supplier Management and is responsible for leading supplier strategies and optimizing supplier revenues across the organization. Nathan also holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Arizona State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Indiana University. 

Cyril Constantino
Manager - Supplier Management, APAC 
CWT Meetings & Events  

Based in Singapore, Cyril is responsible for driving all APAC-related supplier management initiatives and driving a strong supplier strategy for CWT Meetings & Events in the region. He has over nine years travel industry experience.  

Prior to CWT, Cyril held a business development position at Starwood Hotels & Resorts. When not engaging with suppliers, he is an avid basketball fanatic and enjoys travelling around the world. 

Marine Debatte
Head of Events, BI Worldwide APJ / China

Marine started her career by founding the first professional hospitality agency in Shanghai, China in 2007. Joining forces with French integrated events group, GL Events, for World Expo in 2010. After producing high-level political events and luxury exhibitions in China, Marine joined BI Worldwide China in 2012 and is now Head of Events Solutions for SEA and Greater China, based in Singapore.

Marine’s mission is to make a lasting impact on people through events; engaging people, service and quality are set in her DNA. Clients and teams call her mom for a reason!

Marine’s favorite moment in a program’s journey is discovering new destinations and creating one of a kind experiences for the participants. Drawing her energy from people, you will meet her at industry events, speaking about multi-cultural management, destination development and ethics.

Mother of two, Spartan racer and adventurer, Marine’s advocacy for women’s right and empowerment as well as environment protection has brought her trekking in the largest cave in the world in February 2019, raising funds for a UN Women Vietnam program for Vietnamese farmers.

Marine recently joined the HER Planet Earth Foundation as a board member and their next adventure for the planet will be grafting corals in the Philippines to support an island’s ecosystem restoration.

Lisa Hopkins 
Vice President, Asia Pacific, Industry Relations & Global Network 
BCD Meetings & Events 

Lisa has been with BCD Meetings & Events in Asia Pacific since 2011 and is responsible for the overall success, growth and management of the Industry Relations program in the region. In addition, she also oversees and supports offices within the BCD Meetings & Events Global Network group, which includes Malaysia, Indonesia, New Zealand, Philippines, Vietnam, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, and Thailand. 

A native New Zealander, Lisa has extensive knowledge and understanding of the meetings and events industry across Asia Pacific. A 25-year industry veteran, Lisa has an established background in the management of large-scale public sector and corporate events. She’s spent the last nine years primarily focused on the development and operation of Meetings Management Programmes and related enterprise-based solutions in the region in her former role as Managing Director, which makes her uniquely positioned to understand, guide, and counsel partners working in this theatre. 

Lisa serves on the Asia Pacific Regional Advisory Board of PCMA, helping shape the organization’s programs.

David Litteken
Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific Region, BI Worldwide Asia Pacific

Mr. David Litteken has worked in the Total Rewards and Events industry for 30+ years, focusing on the world of recognition, incentives, motivation, loyalty, and events.

David joined BI WORLDWIDE in May 1994. David served as Division Vice President of BIW’s Healthcare and Employee Performance Groups in the United States. Prior to this, David was with Maritz in the United States. David brings extensive leadership experience with a focus on client service and a reputation for personal commitment and involvement in exceeding customer expectations.

David served as Managing Director of BIW APJ & China to manage the business from offices in Shanghai and Singapore in 2012. He was promoted to Vice President for the Asia Pacific-Oceania Region in July 2016 and now resides in Singapore. In July 2018, he was promoted to Senior Vice President for Asia Pacific-Oceania overseeing staff in Australia, China, Japan and Singapore.

He also served for three years as President of Edina A Better Chance, a non-profit educational organization that recruits minority youth with academic promise from across the United States to pursue educational studies at one of America’s leading public high schools. In addition, David has been on the Boards of a Minneapolis-based youth homeless organization (Oasis for Youth), the University of Missouri Alumni Association, and Recognition Professionals International.

He is a compassionate leader focused on an engaged workplace, and delivering operational excellence and business results for BIW’s clients.

Sanjay Seth

Sanjay is charged with developing strategy focusing on growing BCD Meetings & Events’ Asia Pacific region, including evolving local teams and continuing to offer expanded services to customers.

Sanjay brings extensive meetings and events experience to the business having worked with award-winning global, regional, and local agencies in the area of experiential marketing and communications.

Currently residing in Singapore, Sanjay’s passion lies in building a business with a customer-centric approach, focused on quality service and cultivating BCD’s culture within the region.

Naina Vishnoi

On the Hospitality Cloud Sales team at Cvent, Naina has a great understanding of Hotelier and destination business needs.

In her 9+ years at Cvent, she has worked directly with hotel portfolios, Convention and Visitors Bureaus, and Media agencies to launch result oriented brand campaigns.

Naina has represented Cvent in over 24 countries across the globe and currently manages Cvent Hotel partnerships across APAC, out of Singapore
